September Wellness and Power Hike
We will meet around 9:00am at Ted Stiles Preserve (https://maps.google.com/?q=12%20Fiddlers%20Creek%20Road%20Hopewell%20Township%20NJ%2008560%20US) . This is a 5ish mile hike along some forests and meadows, with some rocky climbs to an elevation of about 425ft. Our day starts with some grounding, some intention setting, and a little mindfulness. Our focus this month is Renewal. Bring some water, wear comfortable shoes - preferably something that helps you feel stable - and a sense of fun and possibility! I’ll have extra water, snacks, bug spray and a map.
